Selling a home can be one of the most stressful experiences you could go through especially if you haven’t gone through it before or are unfamiliar with the current real estate market conditions and trends.

I take my role as your real estate expert very seriously. My 13 years experience as a full time real estate investor, with 130 purchases of my own and nearly as many sales, has equipped me with a very unique set of skills that would be hard to match without the same experiences.

Selling something belonging to somebody else, even 100’s of times, would give a service provider a certain point of view of the process but with a limited amount of emotion or attachment to the process or the outcome. 

Negotiating and transacting my own real estate deals 100’s of time has given me a true seller’s perspective, about as close to being in your shoes as humanly possible. Every time I sold one of my own properties I’ve been emotionally involved as you might be right now just thinking about it.

My emotional involvement with the process and the outcome began the same way every time. It starts with going through the process of deciding to sell and why, doing the research to determine the value, picking an asking price and a ballpark selling price or figure I’d accept, putting my marketing package together, receiving offers and negotiating with buyers, and then ultimately accepting a sale price.

I feel that going through that process so many times with my own property and my own money has sharpened my skills in a manner uncommon to the industry and has given me a unique perspective. I think it has truly enabled me to better understand your apprehension in choosing a Realtor® to represent you and the sale of your home, signing the listing agreement, and then ultimately accepting an offer to purchase from a qualified buyer.

This unique perspective or understanding has led me to fully grasp the “need for knowledge’ you may have and leads to my willingness to go the extra mile in delivering you facts on the current status of the real estate market, my perspective on current trends, and a clear understanding of the potential outcome of the process we engage in together. And as importantly: Updates on all the above as time progresses.

It’s my intent, if you choose me to be your SELLER’S REPRESENTATIVE, to provide you with all the necessary information for you to make an informed decision when the time comes to accept an offer from a potential buyer.

I want you to feel as comfortable with the final sale price and terms as you were the day you decided to hire me to represent you and the sale of your home and I’ll always be available to address any questions or concerns you may have as we proceed.
